Charge 3 has two lines on the screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since 2 days the fitbit charge 3 has a lot of problems. It is tracking nothing at all (no heartrate, no steps, no calories burned), two black lines appeared on screen, the time doesn't show when I turn my wrist and the battery was draining very fast.

I read several topics on these problems and tried restarting it, factory resetting it and such. After I let it drain to 0 battery percentage, I charged it full and restarted it. Since then the battery problem is solved. But all other problems are still there.

I hope someone knows how to fix this, because I can't use my fitbit charge 3 at all at the moment.

Hello @Jelmer405. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you very much for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'm glad to hear that the battery inconvenience was resolved.

Regarding the rest of inconveniences including the screen issue, it seems that you've followed the suggested tips from this thread. Since this issue along with the rest ones have persisted, my best recommendation is that you please contact our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can contact them through the link provided in the thread or you can click here to get connected.

In addition, take into consideration that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times are longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Also, please make sure to provide a brief explanation of the inconveniences and mention the troubleshooting steps you've followed, this way they can assist you from there and provide a prompt resolution.

On a side note, as a future reference, if the screen wake function stops working, it could be possible that your Fitbit tracker went into Sleep or DND mode. When this happens, notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on, the screen's brightness is set to dim and turning your wrist won't cause the tracker's screen to turn on.

See you around.
