Charge 3 has white lines down the screen

Hi there,

 

My Charge 3 is 14 months old and all of a sudden it has multiple white vertical lines going down the screen. This has not been an issue until yesterday.

 

I have searched the boards and tried the following, a few times:

 

-Plugged it in and restarted until I saw the smiley face

-Rebooted it via the settings menu on the device

-Changed the clock face

 

Can you please help? I love my Fitbit and don't want to buy another one. It really sucks this is happening just 2 months after the warranty is over.

I have the same issue. One white line that doesn't go away. 

Watch is 1 year old and it's a first time that I have such or any issue. 

Any solutions?

I have already tried what that thread suggests. 😞

 

However, the thread does have give the contact info for customer support, which I didn't know about, so I guess I will try them next.
