Notification menu has disappeared from the Charge 3

I have a Charge 3. A few weeks ago I upgraded the software and now the menu option to turn notifications on and off has disappeared. I used to be able to hold the left side of the tracker in for a second and I see the quick settings for Sleep, DND, screen wake, and notifications. The other three are still there, but notifications are not. I have notifications turned on in the app settings. I have gmail/messages/calendar set as my default apps for notifications, and also have set to receive notifications from FB messenger. If I swipe down to see my notifications, I see my FB messenger messages, but none of the notifications from my default apps, and my fitbit does not buzz for any of them.

Hello @susho, welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information and the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting!

I would recommend trying the following steps to see if you're able to see the notifications menu again:

  1. Unpair (remove) Charge 3 from your phone's bluetooth settings.
  2. Reboot your phone/ Do not pair from within phone's bluetooth settings.
  3. Reboot your Charge 3 by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  4. Login to Fitbit mobile app
  5. Grant all permissions for pairing (For setup, please check: How do I set up my Fitbit device?)
  6. Make sure Fitbit Notifications are enabled in your phone Settings. If they are, switch them off, sync, switch them back ON, and sync again.

Hope this helps!
