Charge 3 heart rate not syncing with the app

i got a replacement charge 3 in September 

it was working ok till Sunday 

now the heart rate does not sync with the app 

 

have tried all the normal restart reboot turn Bluetooth of and on etc 

hope someone can help

think it was just temporary problem
it seems to be syncing now
