I had a Charge 2 and it was great until the accuracy of my runs started failing. My boyfriend upgraded me in November to the Charge 3 and problem solved, I figured it was that my other watch was just getting older as electronics all do.
However now after 4 months the runs are inaccurate once again. This is ridiculous. I ran a straight out and back trail run and the has me looping all over the place. Absolutely useless device if this is unfixable.

A warm welcome to the Community @Toadstoolove.
I will be glad to help you out with your running information. Have you checked if your stride length information is correct? If you haven't, I recommend following the instructions provided in the help article How do I measure and adjust stride length for my Fitbit device?. Also you can try to restart your Charge 3.
After these steps, test your unit and let me know the outcome. ![]()

You know why the user didn't reply, I hope. Stride length has nothing to do with gps performance, and we all know to restart the tracker when something goes wrong. I have a similar ( not same) issue with my charge 3 now, and I sincerely hope I do not get a lame response like this if/when I open an issue.
