Can anybody suggest what to do to get a response/refund? I have exchanged 60+ emails regarding intermittent failure of Bluetooth, step tracking 5000 steps is less than a mile, next day 390 steps is 19 of a mile when distance was only 2 trips to toilet probably 100 feet. Does anybody listen or care?
