Why can’t I see the face on my Fitbit charge 3 it is completely dark

To turn ON your Charge 3 again please restart it. You can restart your tracker from your wrist. Open the Settings app and tap About > Reboot Device.

Best AnswerMy display is completely not working. I’ve tried your suggestions a couple of times without any success. I’m wondering how I can delete my personal information (and restore it to factory mode) from my charge 3 if my display is not working. When I look up the instructions on how to do it, it says to use your watch and open the Settings app. But I can’t do that. What should I do?

Best AnswerIs the long restart the one where you press the button for 15 seconds? If so I’ve tried that and although it vibrates a few times there is still no display
