Charge 3 is dead

Put my charge 3 on the charger last night, with 6% battery last night. In about 3 hours it only went up 2% so I left it on the charger over night. Woke up this morning my Charge 3 is completely dead and will not charge. I've only had it for 7 months, this should not be a problem.

I am having the same problem and seeking a solution.  It was showing low battery and I connected it to the charger and now it won't start.  Help!
