The clock on my Fitbit keeps losing time. It runs at least 15minutes late. I've tried resetting it and syncing it. It works for a few hours then starts losing it again.

Hi @Oliverbtlee, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that that the time on your Charge 3 is 15 minutes behind. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
The time could be wrong due to syncing issues. I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the time gets corrected permanently.
