I purchased my Fitbit coming up a year ago and now it has multiple dead lines across the screen. I have restarted it multiple times and it hasn’t helped, please can you help?

Hi @MelissaMeek123, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen is dead lines across. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed. After this, check out if the display works properly.

The same thing happened to mine last week and two days later, the screen started flickering and now the screen is dead. I urge you to contact customer support immediately because the warranty is only for a year. Although 92 other people reported the same problem here, and it is a known issue to Fitbit, because it mine was just over a year old, all they offered me was a 35% discount on a replacement, which will probably also destroy itself in a year. You can contact them through chat.
