My Charge three has automatically stopped vibrating! I have notifications and alarms show on the screen but with no buzz. I have restarted the device by holding down the button for eight seconds and the smile icon has appeared but with no effect. I have also tried rebooting the device and leaving it in charge but nothing’s working. I need help
