My Charger 3 is not responding correctly to exercising and sometime not responding at all.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3. Thank you for the information provided.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.
Whether you continue having the same problem, please provide the following information:
- Are you trying to register your exercise automatically (SmartTrack) or manually from the Exercise app on your Charge 3?
- Are you experiencing difficulties with all exercises or just some of them?
- Is your Charge 3 not tracking any your data?
- Is the display not working properly?
