Charge 3 is not syncing sleep data

Charge 3 fitbit - no sleep details are registering on the Fitbit App on my phone   

Let me know what to do to get it to appear on my app again please de e.

Hi @Anoroc20, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the sleep data is not registering on the Fitbit app.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, make sure that your phone is running the latest Fitbit app version. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in.

 

Finally, monitor your tracker during the next night and see if your sleep data gets synced the next time you sync your Charge 3.

As you advised I put my Fitbit on my other arm and the sleep registered perfectly!! So thanks for your help in responding & fixing my problem.
