Charge 3 is too dim for practical use!

Does Fitbit plan on improving the Charge 3 brightness?  
I just loaded the recent update hoping the brightness would change.  It did not.  Will it ever improve?

My charge 3 is too dim as well!  I tried the long reboot and it didn’t work either. 😏

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen being too dim and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I just want to verify that your tracker's aren't either in the Do not Disturb mode or Sleep mode as these modes will dim your tracker's screen.

HI, how do we know what 'mode' the tracker is in? Maybe I have accidently put it to sleep or do not disturb, although I can still see it, albeit very faint.

I just found the solution this morning. Swipe right to left 4 times. Click on settings. The first option is brightness. You can change from Dim to normal or to auto. It's worked for me so I hope this works for you too.
