Can’t see my screen to adjust the brightness

Hello @Witherig. Welcome to the community forums! 

 

Please make sure that Sleep mode isn't enabled on your Charge 3. When Sleep mode is activated, the screen's brightness is set to dim. If that is not the case, I recommend following the instructions from this link, to navigate your Charge 3 and adjust the brightness in the Settings app on your tracker. 

 

I also recommend performing a restart by following the steps here
