My Charge 3 had a low battery. I plugged in overnight and woke up to the logo and 001 error. I tried all the usual steps, restarting etc, held the button down while plugged in until screen was black, disconnected, reconnected, saw the smiley, then nothing - just a black screen. It has disconnected itself from my phone too. I also tried cleaning it. Removing all devices from my Bluetooth then restarting my phone. Right now, the screen in still black and the device is unresponsive and unable to connect to my phone.
Any other suggestions??
