Hi, yesterday my heart rate data showed 18 minutes in the activity zone however my active minutes score has remained at zero after syncing numerous times. There doesn't seem to be a way to add them manually either.
I have tried adding it as an exercise session manually, however the active minutes still aren't showing up. Any advice about why heart rate and exercise logs may not have influenced my active minute count. This is the main score I pay attention to for logging goals.

Welcome to the Community, @LindsDepps.
Are you making sure that your Charge 3 is syncing properly? Is the rest of your information syncing as it should? In the meantime, you can check the article: What are active minutes?.
I hope to hear from you soon.
