Charge 3 won't sync

Can someone help me please. I have synchroniseerde my fitbit charge3 bit if stop halfwas. Now I can’t Compleet mij fitbit anymore.

Hello there @Schaartje47, welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

While reading your post I was wondering if you've made sure that your Charge 3 was properly linked to your account in order for it to sync? Please check in your phone's Bluetooth setting is your Charge 3 is linked, also in the Fitbit account tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image and see when was the last synced. 

 

If your Charge 3 does not appear neither in the Bluetooth settings not the Fitbit app, set up your tracker by following the steps provided in the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? 

 

Once your tracker is paired to your Fitbit account, make sure it's syncing properly. In case of difficulties, check: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

 

Give this a go and let me know the outcome. 😉
