I bought a new charge 3 and it will not connect correctly. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and connect it to my phone (samsung galaxy s8 latest software update, latest version of app) all connected to wifi etc. It goes so far and I have no idea what the issue(s) is/may be. I'm glad I only spent £35 overall *this time* I hope they can sort this out as it is needed for so many things and I like the simplicity of the system.

I'm very sorry for the experience and thanks for troubleshooting this matter. If you haven't done so, I recommend following the rest of troubleshooting steps suggested in this link: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also, take into consideration that if your phone meets the requirements listed here, the Fitbit App should work correctly on your phone.
