My charge 3 has suddenly stopped tracking my heart rate. The green light won’t come on and I’ve tried it when it’s not even on my wrist but just not working at all. This is effecting the amount of calories burnt during exercise and giving me a totally incorrect number. 
I have tried letting the battery die and then charging fully but still not working. Help!

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting! If you haven't done son, I'd suggest that you perform a restart on your Charge 3. For this, please follow the steps in this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

Also, I recommend checking that the Charge 3 Heart Rate setting is On. For more information about how to navigate your Charge 3, please check:
