Charge 3 isn't vibrating

I've had my Charge 3 since end of September of this year. The first month or so of using it worked perfectly. Now all of a sudden the past few weeks I don't get the vibrations to remind me to move, no vibrations when I hit 10,000 steps, and I don't get the calls or texts as they're coming through anymore either.

 

I've read other forums and have tried restarting the device several times while connected to the charger. The smiley face comes up but no vibration with it and then nothing is fixed. I don't know what else to do, it's brand new... is it possible the piece that makes it vibrate is damaged and can be replaced? Someone at Fitbit please help 😞

This also happened to me recently. I got my charge for my birthday in August, and now it isn't vibrating anymore.
