Charge 3 issues

First of all, I love Fitbit, mostly. I HATE the idiots who decided to NOT have a reasonable way to fix the stupid issues with the tracker.How about a BUTTON instead of a little fingernail slot?? The latest STUPID issue is it won't display when I turn my wrist. So as a relatively reasonable person I go to "fitbit help" from the app. Unfortunately, it says I "don't have" access to that page! Why is there not a plain old ordinary HELP FUNCTION?? As I said, I love Fitbit. I HATE their "developers". Pathetic!

In order to help you, I need to verify which model you are talking about.  Do you really have the Charge HR as you said?  I don't think it has anything like a "fingernail slot", or even anything that functions like a button.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks. But that's my point! Why is it soooooo9 difficult to have a help page?, FAQs?

 

I have a Charge 3 HR.

The CURRENT problems are:

...All of a sudden, it won't display when I turn my wrist .

... All of a sudden, didnt get text notifications. I finally (somehow) got that to work. Now I get notifications for emails ALL NIGHT!!!

Why can't Fitbit have a NORMAL Menu? FAQs?

  • As I clearly wrote in my reply CHARGE 3 HR! It has a little slot on the left side.

To better assist you, please check if the quick view option is on, you can do it by holding the left side "button" a few seconds; look for 'Screen Wake"; it should be on. If so, please restart your Charge 3 by following the steps on this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Thank you. As I previously said, I (generally) love Fitbit. I'm very frustrated with their lack of clear instructions/FAQs. I really, really wish they had a normal button, help screen, etc. I see the same issues/questions/problems over and over but Fitbit seems to refuse to have a product and app that are user friendly like virtually every other app. It's amazing that they allow such a great product to be compromised with awful support. No insult intended to you and your colleagues but it's just weird!Again, thanks!Sent from Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
