Over the last few months I have noticed that when I am outside or anywhere very bright I can not read my Charge 3 Fitbit Screen anymore. It is getting very frustrating and I have it set to bright in my setting and Snooze is not turned on.
Please advise how I am to rectify this issue.

You could try restarting it by plugging the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.

I connected the device to the charger plugged in to a USB port and did a manual restart as told by customer services but it didn't fit the issue. So the only way I can see what time it is or check my tracker is by using my phone. If I am outside of Canada I have to be connected to WiFi to check my tracker.
