Has anyone else had there charge 3 suddenly develop multiple lines running through the top half of there screen. Ive tried multiple time to restart the device but nothing works and I cannot get the live chat to work to speak to anyone.

Same happened to me, as far i was able to see there was water inside the watch (if you check down side of watch where sensors are) which created those lines vertical and horozintal on the screen.
It supposed to be watter resistant but... as it looks it's not water resistant after 6months at all!

I also didn't have any luck to get watch on service since i found no way to contact support.... big downside to this firm i don't like it since i throw money for this smart watch away and can't get a way to contact support

Its impossible to contact your team since you disabled email support.

Try to use live chat takes me through all the options then where it says talk to someone click it it just loops me back to the start of the process this company's support is a joke at this point im just going to return it to amazon for a refund because I cannot get anywhere with trying to get help from the company.
