Charge 3 has developed a line across the display screen this week. This is a replacement as it happened with my previous one which was bought last December, replacement came in July. Will they replace again? My worry is it will keep happening.

Thanks for your advice. I have just been chatting with support and they are indeed replacing it for me again.

Best AnswerHi, I went on a live chat with customer support and they got me to send a photo of the screen and then they arranged to send me a new one because it was still under warranty.
