Charge 3 lines on display

So I have had and used my charge 3 for about 10 months now, however I am down to about 10 lines working on the watch. I had read by many to restart by holding the button down for 8 seconds while in the charger. Evey time I have done this I have lost another line. What is the fix for this? What warranty came with a Charge 3? I really want to stick with the Fitbit because I overall like it. Please help or send me a new one.
