Charge 3 screen turned white

Hello, my Fitbit Charge 3s screen turned partly white. I didn't damage it at the time, it just "switched" earlier today. I can still see parts of the watch, my steps ad so on, but I don't understand? What can I do?

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend the following:

1. Since your Charge 3 seems to be syncing, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process. 
2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

This happened to me after charging my Charge 3 and I tried working through it with the customer support and they had to send me a new one.
