Charge 3 looks dead

Hello,

We have two Charge 3 devices. I use mine all the time while my wife took a break from hers for about 4 months. Today she decided to start using it again. Obviously the battery had died out so I took it and decided to charge. The device was connected properly however didnt seem to be charging. I left it there for over 4 hours but no luck. I connected my device just in case and I can confirm that my device charges properly so there is no issue with the cable. I also decided to clean the connectors of my wife's device in case they had collected some dust. When I attach the device to the charger, once I find the right position the device does vibrate. Also if I press and hold the side button it also vibrates constantly but thats about it, everything else is blanked. Any idea how to bring the device back to life? Thank you

Hello,

Any updates on this one please? Device is still dead although I have charged it for over 3 days. The charger is not fault because is the same cable I use to charge another fitbit charge 3 unit. Can someone provide some support please?

I am facing the exact issue with my Fitbit charge 3. Is there any solution to fix this? Kindly help.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!  My device screen is black, yet it vibrates when charged and/or pressing the button on left side.

@Kimathibodeaux , I faced the similar issue. I tried charging the tracker for a couple of days continuously. yet tracker vibrates only during button press only when connected with the charging cable. I think the battery is dead and replacing the battery is the only solution. But let us wait for a response from Fitbit. It is an expensive purchase and needs a solution to such issues.
