For the last week, my charge 3 has had various issues. It will not track steps properly, It will hit 8000 steps and then all the sudden randomly be 4000 steps. Also, it keeps losing its connection with my iPhone constantly. I keep having to remove the device and add it back. It will pair for a short time and then randomly lose its pairing with Bluetooth. There is nothing wrong with my phone. To be honest, I’m disgusted with all the issues I’ve had with this charge 3 since I’ve owned it. I bought it when they first came out with the charge 3and I regret it. Constant issues.
