So obviously I have had my Charge 3 for quite some time. It’s worked fine for years other than losing some brightness in the display which I decided I could live with. After my workout last night, it started vibrating in pulses and displaying the smiley face. About five vibrations every 20 seconds or so, for about an hour until it died. I put it on the charger overnight and tried again this morning. Same issue, except now it displays a screen that says DND, Sleep, and Screen Wake with no data or options; which alternates with my normal Home Screen. I have rebooted about six times and factory reset three times, and the issue persists.
I was on chat for about an hour this morning with no resolution, and the rep said the issue has been escalated but I haven’t heard anything yet. My device does sync with the app on my phone. It does vibrate for and display notifications as normal. It’s just pretty much unwearable because it’s constantly vibrating.
Any ideas? I was hoping to avoid replacing it for a couple more months as I just bought new headphones (literally two days ago, don’t even have them yet).
