Charge 3 lost 5000+ steps

Hi,

This afternoon I was half way down hiking a mountain, looked at my fitbit after vibrating at 24000 steps.

At the bottom I looked again and it was sitting around 29,500.

Fast forward a couple of hours. I checked again as I was buzzing to see it over 30k. Its at 24,500. I've reset it. Synced it etc and it's not going back.

Help would be great thanks! 👍

Thank you for the detailed information. I would recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3 to see if that refreshes its performance. To restart your Charge 3, please follow the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Lastly, I recommend making sure that the Fitbit App for your mobile device is up to date.
