Charge 3 has a blank screen

Tried everything to fix blank screen on charge 3. Paid $242 in February 2020 for a watch that doesn't work. More than frustrated. Feel that we are not getting a product that is "fitbit" for purpose. I wear it walking for goodness sake!!
