Charge 3 lost brightness

Dear Fitbit team!
I have always been a strong advocate and user of Fitbit devices until now. With less than 2 years of Charge 3 use, I find the device useless as lost brightness does now allow me to see any data on the screen. I have tried all options including those available online, with no avail. I have never had this problem with Charge 2.

I totally Agree my screen is not as bright and no option to brighten

Unfortunatly this is a known fault, Fitbit did deny it for a while but basically you are not alone and there is no solution, just have to dump it in the bottom of a drawer with all the other electronic relics of the past.

I am having the exact problem with my charge 4. Is the charge 5 any better as it has a completely different look?

Have no brightness at all .. but now stupid new format ..

That is one reason I switched to the charge 4;  I wanted to be able to see my screen when I outside. But now I’m so disappointed with Fitbit period that I’m thinking about changing brands but I have to wait until my premium membership runs out brother-in-law don’t refund the difference.
