Charge 4 won't update

How can update my fitbit charge 4? It doesn't connect/pair with my phone. 

I've tried everything and now I can't use it.

Hi there, @a.catarina.fe. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4 and your time in trying to troubleshoot the issue. 

To better assist you, please make sure that your Charge 4 has enough power to complete the update. If your Charge 4 is turned off and it seems not to be getting charge, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

After the above has been done, please proceed to update your Charge 4.

If the issue persists, please confirm you've tried all steps provided here Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

I had the same problem. I had to uninstall the app and then re-install.  Once I re-installed the app, I connected my fitbit to the charger (not sure if this was necessary) and reset my fitbit up on my phone.  It forced me to switch my fitbit account to the my google account.  Once I did that it started syncing again.  I had not realized that I hadn't synced in 3 days that took a few minutes to sync.
