My charge 3 had an issue last week of only holding a charge for 1 day and not tracking HR, I reset the device (while on charger, as directed), and that fixed the charging issue. Now my device is not showing HR (this was fixed for about a day after multiple reboots/resets), and sometime has the wrong time? It also isn’t communicating step count to the app. I have reinstalled the app for the latest version and it is saying sync is successful and the time is correct but still no steps? This is a replacement device replacing a less than one year old device that completely failed, then the one sent to replace it wouldn’t turn on... so I’ve had this device ~2 months. I just keep rebooting/resetting and nothing.
