I've had my Fitbit for a couple years now and multiple black lines have been appearing across the screen, covering the time. Furthermore, the brightness of the screen has dimmed excessively even when on the max brightness.
I reached out to Fitbit and they said there was nothing they could do as I was out of warranty. The Fitbit is now not fit for purpose and there is no indication/warning this would happen when the Fitbit was bought!
- The Fitbit has been reliable up until this point where now I feel like I am mislead from the function of the watch
