Charge 3 - multiple issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Had my Charge 3 since the beginning of the year. Been well-pleased with it and take particular care of it. But I've had a number of issues very recently. I was reluctant to make a whole new post because of posts with similar issues, but I've been having trouble with the chat feature here. Kept "losing connection" and then receiving a "Sorry, that page is following a different trail" window several times.

Issues:

-It's been finicky charging. Will show that it's charging but check its progress and there won't have been any. Eventually it will charge to 100%, supposedly.

-Holding charge. A couple of times I've had it charged to "100%" but then it'll be dead or down to single-digit percentage when I look at it sometime later in the same day.

-Black lines/dead pixels. First black horizontal line showed up a couple of days ago. A second appeared yesterday.

I consulted this forum many times. Tried all the solutions. Still having the above issues.

Please assist. Many thanks.

I'm on my 3rd Charge 3 in about 15 months.   I bought my first in March 2019, and in August 2019 the screen stopped working, yet it would still sync.  I got a replacement on warranty that arrived in September, and that worked up until the end of April of this year, when it did the exact same thing again.  I was able to get another under warranty, and now THIS replacement, after working fine for 4 weeks, now goes from 100% at 8am, to giving me battery warnings at 8pm, and will be dead by midnight. I've persevered with it for around 10 days, and even let it die completely for 3-4 days and then charged it to full this morning, yet, I have warnings again now.    I don't know if I'm just having a really bad run of luck but I'm super unhappy with the devices that I've had 😞
