This is a constant problem! It wouldn't syn for weeks, tried everything suggested, ended up having to clear data and everything and start again as if I had just bought it! It was fine until I had to charge it again and it's went back to refusing to sync, this is the worst fit bit I've ever had!

Me too wish i had kept my original fitbit so disappointed with it.

I won't be getting another one, waste of money if it doesn't do its job. I know a couple others who has a charge 3 and same problem
