Charge 3 not charging

My charge 3 is not charging. I started using the charge 5 and after the charge 3 had no battery left I tried to charge it and it will not take a charge.

Is there any way to get it to charge?

I'm not sure what having a Charge 5 and a Charge 3 has to do with the Charge 3's battery life. Are the contacts on the Charge 3 clean?

I made sure the contacts are clean and all it does is show part of the
Fitbit logo an 001

I just can't get it to do anything else.

How long have you left it on the charger?

Have you tried charging it in other ports?  I have a suspicion that the battery is malfunctioning, but I want to eliminate all other possibilities first.

It seems that the first thing to try is a restart of the Charge 3:
Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker.
