I just bought a Charge 3, at first it was charging fine, and I got halfway through the set up process. It turned off (even though it was plugged in) and the install was stalling for an hour. After looking at some help forums, I force quit the app and tried to restart the install. The charge 3 will not turn on. It will not vibrate when plugged in and it is plugged in correctly. I have cleaned the ports, it is not wet. This is very very very frustrating because I don't know if I can return it and it was 150$. Has anyone had this issue and it worked later, like omg.

Hi @cayleexlynn Try restartingnthe Charge 3 several times and also try a Long Restart. If neither if those help you will need to return it to the store you bought it from.
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
