Charge 3 not charging

Hello, my charge 3 is not charging and stuck at 18% all day plugged in. Connectors are clean and good. Software is up to date. Help please

Hi @AJ2020, welcome to our Fitbit Community. In regards the charging issues that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Charger 3 for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
