Charge 3 not charging

My Fit Bit charge 3 was not charging past 6% then it just went completely dead. It wasnt even turning on for a second. I thought it was the charger so I bought a new charger. And now it won't charge past 6 % again. It's been charging for 24 hours . Has this happened to anyone before ?

Try the solutions below:

•  Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
• Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
• Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
• Restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
