Charge 3 not charging

Something randomly happened yesterday and my Fitbit seems to be busted, 2 years old. Seems to be up to date, latest app software too. Doesn’t charge, or the level is inconsistent, jumping from 1 to 19% within minutes, then goes down again. Changed where it’s plugged in, cleaned off the connections etc. Constantly showing the smiley screen or flatline, and nothing seems to be helping, and checked the posts before posting here. Don’t even see forums with this product anymore, is that an ominous sign I’m screwed?

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

In this forum we merged the Fitbit Charge, Fitbit Charge HR, Fitbit Charge 2 and Fitbit Charge 3.
