Charge 3 not connecting to Bluetooth or syncing

I have a charge 3 and for about 3 days I’ve been unable to connect it to Bluetooth and sync to my iPhone. I’ve tried restarting the app, my Fitbit, my phone. I’ve also tried turning my Bluetooth on and off. I’ve updated my phone’s software as a last resort and nothing is working. My Bluetooth will connect to anything else so I know my phone is not the problem. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!  I also removed my Versa from the Android phone app and re-paired, both Bluetooth to the Versa and phone app to my WiFi.  Works now.  That must be what was meant by "Fitbit cache".  All good.

I’m having the same issue.

Your not suppose to be able to connect to your tracker through the phones Bluetooth. The tracker should reject pairing.

Make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date.

Your tracker is not showing on the phones Bluetooth.

Try clearing Fitbit's cache.

I would kill the Fitbit app and restart.

See the help docs.

Hi Rich,

I removed the app and reinstalled and now it is saying that I need to pair my iPhone with my Fitbit. When I hit the pair now button in the Fitbit app, it did not work. Please advise. Thank you.

What I don’t understand is that it was paired and working properly 3 days ago.

I am on an LG Stylo 3 Android 7.0 phone.  Unable to update since this morning and unable to complete Tracker Software update that appeared this morning on the phone app -- "Searching for your Fitbit Versa" times out.  Uninstalled/reinstalled phone app and rebooted both Versa and phone.

Bought the Versa in 2018.  This all used to work....

And what is the Fitbit cache?

Hi.
I removed the Fitbit from my iPhone and then tried to pair it back. Shortly
after that, my Fitbit reconnected to my iPhone.
Thank you.

Had similar problem connecting Bluetooth

First removed old BT connections from device and rebooted.

Rebooted Fitbit but BT was discovered but hanging.
looks like it was waiting for a swipe up on Fitbit to complete set up.

we are literally up and running now at last… sharing the swipe in case helps anyone else
