Charge 3 not counting steps during update

While updating my charge 3 I walked at least 3k steps which it did not count. Anyone else seeing this?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Tozz29! What happened to you is an expected behavior. You should have logged in to sync the tracker before you started with the firmware update.

 

If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check the article: How do I manually log an activity or exercise?

Yes I lost 6000 steps also
