Charge 3 not getting notifications

Hi, 

I got sent a replacement Charge 3 (just the actual watch bit without straps whatever it’s called) anyway I thought I’d set it all up but every time I get a text the notification goes to the old one but everything else seems to be OK. How do I sort this please?

Have you delete the old tracker from your phone's Bluetooth setting? If you haven't, I recommend deleting it and add the new one. For more information, check the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?.
