After charging my Charge 3 this morning, the clock face became reversed! Both the time and the date (Chinese date format) are now starting from the right to left. And partially missing some pixels and lines. I tried to put back into the charging pod and pressed down the button for 8 seconds to restart, but the problem is still there. My steps are not synching either, showing zero.

Hi
I can understand what problems you are having... have you tried changing the time on the phone ???
if not try it and then restart your device
and restart your tracker too
if this does not work show a Fitbit model
hope it helped!!
