I've had my charge 3 just under 2 years, as of last week the battery life has severely weakened. At first, it would charge to 100% then within a few minutes be below 13%. Searching the forums, I tried multiple suggestions such as changing the clock face, short and long reboots, charging only from my laptop. It now charges to 100% and within an hour drops below 50%, but has pretty much not completely drained for up to 8 hours. It appears to continue to sync with the app.

as of yesterday, it'll charge via my laptop, show 100%, I'll take it off it shows 30% or so, I'll hook it back up for a bit, it'll show 100%, I'll remove it, may say 30-50% or so, within a minute OR two the low battery exclamation point shows up again.
Guessing the charge 3 life expectancy is approximately 2 years? How flipping frustrating.
