Data changing when syncing

I sync after a full day and usually a few times daily depending. I have had days results CHANGE. For example, yesterday shows 1300 cal burn, 58 min workout, 3 flights of steps and last night I had MUCH different numbers than that. This goes along with my other problem of my 250+ steps for 12 hours disappearing as well. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, I have signed out and back in, I have “restarted” the fitbit and nothing is working. I know it’s not a huge deal BUT it is kind of the point of a FitBit. I am TRACKING MY WORKOUTS AND ACTIVITY. It also effects my weekly report.

I know that FitBits or any “Tracker” is not 100% accurate but it’s a good tool to use to see an estimate of what you doing daily. It is extremely frustrating when I see the Estimated work that I put in Just totally disappear or change.

I use the App, FitBit charge 3.
Typically I see less than what was originally tracked.
I.e. I meet that 250 steps for 12 hours goal and the next day it disappears telling me I only got 3 hours or calories burned are 2600 at bedtime and the next day when I look back it shows 1700 or working out for 7 days and none of my “active” days show.

Thank you so much. I appreciate the help.

@LaceyLizz12 Thanks for getting back. I've moved your post to the Charge 3 board.

I appreciate the details mentioned. I understand your frustration with this.

I would like you to check your Fitbit and confirm that there are no activities logged that could be overriding the information that your tracker is syncing, this could be the reason why your information is disappearing the next day.

Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
