I'm having the same issue trying to setup a Charge 2. I tried everything. Nothing!

Same here. Bluetooth will not recognise my Charge 2 device. Very frustrating. However my iPad recognised my Charge 2

Me too, it will find my Fitbit but then after inputting the passcode won't connect. Very frustrating. For a charge 2. What phone are you guys using? I'm on a pixel 3.
